Once a homeowner clears verification, the lead is assigned to your company and appears in your portal with contact information and our call notes. You are the only roofer we send it to. No queue, no other roofer racing you to the callback.

Once a lead is yours it stays yours. It does not go back into a pool, it is not resold later as aged inventory, and it is never sent to another roofer by us. Splitting a payment
Paying the month in full is always the cheapest way to buy. If you would rather spread it out, Crew, Squad and Enterprise can be split into instalments. Splitting costs a little more than paying in one go, and the amounts shown already include that — nothing is added on top.
Lead packages are not refundable. We commit to generating and verifying every lead we send you. What a lead becomes from there depends on how fast it is called and how it is followed up, and that sits with your crew rather than with us.

You reserve a monthly lead volume in the cities you work. We generate those leads specifically for your reservation, and once a homeowner qualifies, that lead belongs to your company. We do not pull from a shared pool, send it to another roofer, or resell it later.
They could, on their own, and no honest lead company can promise otherwise. What we control is what we do: we send that homeowner to one roofer, never to a second, and never resell them later. Anyone guaranteeing otherwise is guessing.
No. Once a lead is delivered it is retired — it never goes back into circulation, is never repackaged as aged inventory, and is never discounted to another roofer later. Our own team stops working it too. Every lead we have sent you is listed in your portal, so a duplicate is easy to prove: show us and we replace it.
Dallas-Fort Worth only — Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Mansfield, Keller, Grapevine and the rest of the Metroplex. We deliberately do not sell outside it. We limit how many roofing companies we take on in each city, so a city you want may be on our waitlist. Reach out anyway: you go first in line there, and we will show you what we can fill nearby in the meantime.
Flag it in the portal and tell us what was wrong — outside your reserved cities, not the homeowner, no roofing interest, or a duplicate. We review every one, because a lead that misses our standard means our targeting is off. Talk to us and we will sort it out.
They appear in your portal with the contact details, our notes from the call and the consent record where we captured one, and we email you so you know one has landed. We deliberately do not fire a text at you for every lead — your reps get one place to work from instead of notifications that get buried by lunchtime.
No long-term contract and no setup fee. It is month to month, so you keep it while it is working and cancel when it is not. Your reservation is held for you while you are active.
